are the leaves rough, fuzzy, or smooth feeling. is the flower head on a stalk? if so, what color is the stalk? :)

The leaves have teeth and are rough or fuzzy and the stem is red. Any ideas? Thanks for your help. I could probably figure it out, but it is more fun to have help.;>}

that is so cool! i tried to start it from seeds this year, but it is one of those that seems to have washed away:( who know though, i might be in for a surprise next year:)
