This was our dinner the other night. One of our favorites, beans and rice and salmon cake. We have been celebrating the season with lunch and dinner with friends. ReplyDeleteWe are bracing for snow and high winds starting later tonight...and hoping our son & future D-I-L have a safe arrival from Alaska...flights will no doubt be delayed out of Minneapolis.
