A Great Season of Bloom!

Two feet of snow didn't seem to harm our rhodies!  Rhodies all over the area are blooming like crazy.  This spring has been really beautiful!  Here is another shot of our front garden.
Hope you had a great day.  We planted some more kids in the garden!  Hopefully we will be done soon!  I'm running out of room!  Really!

  1. Gorgeous! The house I grew up in has one on each side of the front door that is the same color as yours. They grew to cover the whole front of the house and higher than the first floor!

  2. Yes, these are original to when we purchased the house, Donna. They really have been surprising this year after all of the snow we had! Thanks for stopping by!

  4. You lucky! The few Rhodies we've had have struggled in our Utah weather. My neighbor can grow them but she must have a magic wand or something. I finally yanked them. They don't like our dry hot summers and harsh winters at all.

  5. I think because of all the rain our toads come onto the sidewalk. However I do know I have to watch when stepping in the herb garden that I don't step on one!

  6. Everyone in the neighorhood has wonderful ones this spring! Have safe travels across the country, Sharon and Jeff!

Sorry about Julie not being able to grow them.

Missy, we have the don't tell, don't prune policy at our house! Most times we wait until it's too late!

Our toads stay well hidden, Peggy R.

    Glad you all stopped by!
