An Abundance of Nasturtiums!

My Herb Garden is Full of Nasturtiums!

Simple  Flowers and White Wine Vinegar, Two Weeks! Done!
Trying to make this quick.  You see The Herbal Husband gets home tonight and not too soon!  The slacking can begin tomorrow.  He really does the lion's share around the garden and I know that!  Just have to tell him a bit more!  Not too much!  Just enough!

The nasturtiums have been crazy.  With the weather just warm enough and not too hot, they flourish.  If you want a more complex nasturtium vinegar recipe, it's in my last post called Getting To Do What I Want, Herbally Speaking!  I'll get around to putting the other ingredients into this jar.  Maybe tomorrow.  So I'll talk to you Wednesday.  Big day Wednesday.  I celebrate another milestone in my blog history and a giveaway is in order.  So stay tuned.  Talk to you later.

Gorgeous flowers make gorgeous vinegar! Have not grown nasturtiums in ages! Maybe next year...found seeds called "Alaska" on Renee's Seeds site...have such a soft spot for anything named after one of my most favorite states:o)

BTW - since moving my sage to a better draining area they have really perked up! Moved the thyme into a large pot and the plants have taken off. Maybe this summer won't be a loss - herbally speaking!!!

Alaskas are variegated leaves and beautiful jewel tone flowers, TO! Glad your sages have improved. Got to improve my spot and hopefully, replant my herbs in that low spot. xo

The colors are so rich and vibrant! You have inspired me to start seed collecting for some early sown spring nasturtiums !! Maybe with the tomatoes again...they were quite happy that year until the heat turned up. xo
