You need to remember to eat only organically grown flowers and only eat the petals, not the pollen in the center of the flower. An Herbal Annual Powerhouse-'Lemon Gem' Marigold
I just love this annual flower. It is an edible form of marigold and the only one I would suggest you eat. It is 'Lemon Gem' marigold, Tagetes tenuifolia.
