I Guess I Can't Be Any Other Name!
Hope you had a nice Christmas! It was very quiet around here. I cooked most of the weekend. Write that one down. It doesn't happen often! Maybe in the new year it will happen more. Well, wanted to show you that both of our lemon verbenas still have their leaves and are growing new ones as well! As I always tell you they usually drop their leaves and go dormant. This year I guess we dug them up with enough time that they got used to their surroundings. Well, we were supposed to get a light dusting last night and that didn't happen we just got almost an inch of rain. Maybe over an inch. We have been a lot warmer than usual, but today we are in the 20's. Now it feels like Christmas and it's over! Ha! Hope you are having a great day wherever you may be. Talk to you later.

What is it about a pot of herbs growing that makes a window look happy?
I thought of you this week when I brought my first ever Lemon Verbena - never grown it, never used it. SMILE So you know who I'm gonna ask if I get stuck
Love Leanne Nz
It is a wonderful place to grow herbs, Grace!
Leanne, dear woman, I'm all yours, but it should grow like a weed for you. Will be thinking up lemon verbena recipes for you.
Thanks for stopping by ladies.
My Lemon verbena definitely looks dormant - kind of straggly but still breathing...just hoping to keep it around during the winter for next spring...is it May yet?
Happy New Year!!
Happy New Year to you,TO! Just keep it watered and it will survive.

Thanks Villarina! Welcome from Malaysia! Have to check out your blog!
Great window! It was quiet here also, but sometimes that is nice!
Thanks Peggy! Yes, quiet is good.
My LV is not nearly so pretty, but it did sprout leaves this week! Nice to know it works to bring them in! The Bay looks good too!
Marcy
No snow here, never quite made it close enough to us. High 60's today, but cold front for New Years.
Now I have the lay of the land - heat and shade wise, I will definitely have a lemon verbena plant this year. I know where I can get the recipes later!
No, Marcy, the bay is on its last legs. If I show you a real photo of it, it would shock you that it's still alive.
We were coated with snow briefly yesterday, TG! Always glad to help. I'm actually going to be adding more lv recipes in 2012.
Thanks for stopping by as always!
